Carry-on Baggage

Only one piece of carry-on baggage will be allowed on board, not exceeding 7kg and a total dimension of 115cm (H56, L36 x W23).

One handbag or one slimline laptop bag will be allowed in addition to the one 7kg piece of carry-on baggage.

Nappy bags with immediate-use items will be permitted in addition to the one 7kg piece of carry-on baggage.

If this handbag, nappy bag or laptop bag weighs 7kg, an additional carry-on baggage piece of 7kg will not be permitted.

No sharp or dangerous items such as, but not limited to, nail clippers, tweezers, scissors, cricket bats or similar items are allowed in the cabin. Please ensure that such articles are in your checked baggage and are not carried on your person.

No toy guns or items resembling weapons, or toy snakes may be checked in or taken on board

Certain items may not be accepted as checked-in or carry-on baggage under any circumstances. See the full list of prohibited items.

Please note: If your carry-on baggage does not meet the requirements, you will be referred back to the check-in counters to check it in.

Items permitted as carry-on baggage only 

Certain items are permitted on your person as carry-on baggage only and may not be included in your checked baggage, such as but not limited to the following:

  • One box of matches or one lighter.
  • e-cigarette/Vape/Twisp or similar.
  • Any electronic device containing a lithium metal or lithium ion battery.
  • Spare lithium ion batteries or power banks
  • Lithium ion batteries for motorised wheelchairs, being made use of for the flight must be kept on board.
  • Dry ice, limited to 2.5kg per Guest. Packaging must permit the release of carbon dioxide gas.
