Yes, as a Mango Guest, it is possible to amend your flight details via our Mango Website or the Mango Mobi-App.
Please note that each booking amendment carries an administration fee. The cost is in addition to applicable fare changes. Click here to see the fees.
If you find a cheaper fare than the original purchase, Mango Airlines cannot refund the difference. In the event that the original fare is sold out, the next highest fare will be charged, with the difference (in fare) added to the total cost.
MangoPlus and MangoFlex members will not incur any administration fees for changes to their name, date or flight details. Click here to change your booking.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to provide a seat for a confirmed booking, we will, at our discretion, refund all monies received in respect of the Ticket. Alternatively, we can place the Guest on the next Mango flight.
We do not provide meal or accommodation vouchers; or accept any further liability for denied boarding, delayed flights, or changes in flight schedules.
You will not be able to use the Mango ticket to fly on another airline.
